The Hottest Suburbs Outside Of Philadelphia

There's a few hot pockets around Philly at the moment. Phoenixville is one of them. For the past 2 months homes have flown off the shelf and going under contract in under 24 hours on occasion. The price range between $550,000 to $650,000 is in high demand as inventory is not matching demand. We are definitely in a seller's market for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately if you are a buyer and hesitated, sellers and agents have jumped on the band wagon and a $550,000 home 2 months ago is coming in around $600,000 straight out the gate! Only time will tell if the buying frenzy in Phoenixville will continue. Once prices get out of control home buyers will look elsewhere and from what has hit the market recently I wouldn't be surprised if it happens sooner rather than later!
